Dance of Life: Healing Arts, LLC is a person-centered, holistic mental health counseling service out of scenic St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin currently servicing private insurance clients and partnering with Comprehensive Community Services (CCS). We provide psychotherapy utilizing modalities such as EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and DBT, as well as other wellness services including yoga, expressive arts exploration, prosocial skill development, outdoor engagement, mentorship, community resourcing, and mindfulness training.

The abbreviated form of "Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing," EMDR therapy is an evidence-based practice often used to treat PTSD, anxiety, and other trauma-related symptoms.

There are many documented health benefits to engaging with one's local ecology. There are numerous trails and natural spaces, such as Interstate Park, that we bring into the therapy space given client and case appropriateness.

Comprehensive Community Services is a state program that works to help an individual with mental illness or substance use take charge of their recovery, working with team-based services and supports to aid in reaching their goals and graduating from the program. Dance of Life is currently servicing Polk County.
